The steadfast jacka** shows his DUMB by not understanding that homeless people prefer milder weather.

He is so dumb he is numb to figuring out that simple thing.

Where below-zero weather is the norm you will find fewer homeless. DUH. NO BRAINER!

Ya see WEATHER IS IMPORTANT. BETTER WEATHER IS BETTER THAN CRAPPY WEATHER.

WHAT other stupid dumb are we gonna find that the chump is guilty of? Anyone wanna guess what comes next?

    FL does not have this problem. Their homeless are sheltered. 

    NYC has great weather??? Not. They are high on the list as well. And again their homeless are sheltered. 

    Why are CA homeless unsheltered? CA has 49% of the country's unsheltered homeless.
