Like, maybe they were all pink with green stripes.
Latest research shows some of them may have had vibrantly coloured feathers or similar coverings. Not feathers as such but a precursor to the modern bird feather.
I hear the real t-rex had lips. And I saw the skeleton of one in the natural history museum and it was tiny. I thought I was looking at a raptor at first, but no, it was a t-rex. All 13 feet of it. The one in Jurassic Park looked about 50 feet. Mr Spielberg is a jackass.
My brother is a paleontologist, and I have read quite a few articles in Discover magazine...especially when new discoveries are made. One such discovery....about 10 years ago....was a scrap of dinosaur skin, which had never been discovered previously. The method of preservation was unusual. I can't remember how it happened. At any rate, based on that discovery, scientists feel now that dinosaurs were brightly colored. Most of our models show them with dull grey skin, like elephants....but now they believe that was not the case.
