I think always being in control of what you say and do is an essential quality for a leader. Whether it is a teacher or a business owner or a supervisor or a parent. Agree/dis/why?

Speaking with purposeful and knowledgeable intent always beats speaking off-the-cuff or ad-lib. Restrained is always better than un.  Being calm is always better than being hyper. Confidence and strength are most evident in those who don't brag about it
