Why do "men" in the middle east dress like women? Flowing robes, fancy head gear/scarves? For that matter why do priests wear robes?
Many religions don't allow women to serve in any substantive capacity. The men decide you see who can and who can't. But they dress like women. Any significance to that?
Why do you say the men dress like women? They dress like the men of their culture. Many cultures have traditional garb and we should respect that. I see no connection between that question and the women remark. Perhaps that might be a separate question.
