Do you know when it's in your best interests to stifle it, quiet down, say nothing? I wonder why the chump never learned how?

If only he had learned that one thing. When it's best to shut up and say nothing just think of all he could have avoided that he brought on himself just by continuing to talk whine complain accuse attack insult deny lie?

Speaking up is not always best
Staying silent is not always best

The intelligent aware observant person learns from the past when to do one or the other.

He is a loose cannon that has always been unable to control himself. Even when it is against his own bests interest to remain quiet he cannot. An underlying figurative death wish? Even now he rages on and rages on and rages on. The self-described "stable" isn't able to table it. Our good luck! Thank you for your reply Sharon! :)
