Do you know In advance when you’re about to do some serious self sabotage or just realize it after the fact?

  • Hmmmm.....  That's a thinker.

I suppose it's just my comfort zone, sadly enough.

  • I’m at the point now where I can feel it coming. I don’t like it.

9 times out of 10, my self sabotage is premeditated.
Sub-consciously or not, I know I'm about to do it.

That's part of the entire self-sabotaging experience for me.  The anxiety before, during, and the climax of after.

Please note, I have NEVER or will EVER do physical self sabotaging. i.e. cutting.
    Mental is tourcherous enough.

  • Ha, I can pull off plenty of self-sabotage either way. And I honestly can't even tell you which is better. The impulsive variety brings a bit of excitement with the unknown but planning it out gives you the joy of picking your favorite poison.
