How can you retroactively label unclassified information as CLASSIFIED and then investigate people for leaking it then?

Allegedly apparently that is what the steadfast jacka** and his cabal et al are doing, have done, plan to do more of futurely.

    Just plant fake people to be in charge of blocking any avenue to fight the new label.

    I asked a question about brown-eyed people being imprisoned because a maniac leader likes blue eyes. Far-fetched? Doubtful. I read that was what was going on Sharon and so now what coach? What the he** do we do to stop it? How can anyone go back to years ago and classify something that was benign then so no one thought anything about and get away with it? I wonder what comes next?
