    Yes. That is the rule....just citizens of the USA can buy a firearm in the USA.

    Thank you m2c. I never thought about it before. So therefore we already have some protection against terrorists legally buying weapons. That is somewhat comforting but I'm sure terrorists come well-equipped with weapons from sources other than the USA. I know. Small comfort isn't it?  :)
