I dunno folks. There are many people in prison who did much less than that who are serving 5 years or maybe even more.
Five years for taking an innocent life when the victim was in his own apartment minding his own business? I fail to see the logic of that. Do you?
The wacko entered a space not her own and shot dead a man who had every right to be there.
Was she spaced out drunk on drugs? Did she have a brain fart and lose her mind for a moment? What possible excuses could one give to justify any part of that?
It is said she is not racist. I say she is. I say if the guy were white she would not have shot him dead.
Can I prove it? NO. But there is not shred iota smidgen of anything evidentary anyone can say to justify her doing that. NONE. 5 years huh for murder? Well why not have the steadfast jacka** commute her sentence? Was it considered to be a FEDERAL crime or simply a state level crime in which case the jacka** has no power to pardon? Anyone? What a crock of crap.
