What other countries' leaders besides North Korea and China has the steadfast jacka** met with WHO AREN'T WHITE?

Any leaders of African nations who are people of color? Or are they all the "sh**hole" countries so despised by the steadfast jacka**? Will he ever have a STATE DINNER honoring an African American leader of a country or just someone who is accomplished talented respected? Or is Kanye West all he's got? Ben Carson doesn't count. He is the token black in the steadfast jacka** gubment. So the steadfast jacka** can refer to him as "my African American".

    Is it somehow President rump's fault that the leader of the western world are not minorities? I am assuming (POC means a person not from Europe/Cananda with light skin)
