Does the CIVIL RIGHTS LAW that bans sex discrimination also ban sexual orientation discrimination? Are the SUPREMES gonna decide that?

Whaddya think is gonna happen to a court that is gonna be larded with homophobes?

    It comes down to how the law is written....thru do not write the laws. They are supposed to read the law and rule based on the meaning. 

    If Congress wants to make it law they should write that law.
