Protest IS Constitutional.. So, WHY do people who say they LOVE the Constitution, HATE those who take advantage of it, even if they DON'T leave any trash laying around?

    It might be how they protest the blacks think they can make us like them but the way they act and talk trash it makes people dislike them more.

    The bonus questions is since when is not supporting the military a bigger issue than not supporting the Constitution?

  • The constitution regulates how the government behaves, not how the people behave.

    It's the government that is required to be tolerant of petition for redress of grievances and free expression. The government is an impartial referee.

    I'm a player in the great game of life, not a referee. If I feel offended by protesters I'm going to exercise my own freedom of expression by telling them to SFTU. (That's not an appeal to the government to make them STFU. It's just a statement that I have a right to make.)

    You are demonizing normal behaviour. Of course I criticise speech I don't like. So you do you ALL THE TIME, and it's a good thing. That's what democracy is. A fair fight between competing ideas.
