Once something "experiences a MELTDOWN" can it ever be reconstituted again into its original form? Any law of Physics cover THAT?

Allegedly the trump had another very serious meltdown. How many meltdowns can a body take before it's last hurrah? After rants and raves and hissy fits and tantrums is a meltdown the only way to end it....temporarily until the next series of rants raves rages hissy fit tantrums?
