Well he is gonna steal all he can anyway but he will go back behind closed doors and back down down down down down into the slime and scum from whence he comes and do all his stealing quietly as he has been doing from the very beginning. No one stops the tumbleweed from taking whatever he can away with that is not his that belongs to others. No one. He just learned that he cannot always stick it to people openly tauntingly stupidly. They will not tolerate being made fools of out in the open. They prefer that it be done behind their backs so they can still pretend he is a good man who does good things for good reasons to help them. That's how it works folks.
