An outrageously bold or outspoken person or says and does indiscreet or irresponsible things
A person whose work thought or lifestyle is so unconventional or avant garde as to appear revolutionary or shocking
An old fat man usually is not an enfant terrible. But our ol fat man stopped maturing at the infant toddler hissy fit tantrum stage and what you see/hear is what you get folks. It is unseemly to be most charitable and deadly dangerous to be completely truthful. He has already caused deaths on his watch. More to come? You betcha!
