It's not my way but I have read that it's a good idea as urine is sterile and has antifungal properties which can only be good for anyone with foot-fungus problems.
It's also great for softing leather..... Horse urine is used for colouring hardwood timber to....they leave open baths filled with it in sealed rooms where the wood is stored ....it's called Fumed Oak or what ever wood it's stored with... Fermented urine called Lant ,can be used to make Gunpowder...and fertilizer to....
Is it because that they are normally heavy that you don't take them ..... Wee found a leek in our shower once....we thought it was a Waste ,so never eat it...:(
