    Ya know... I'm not really sure where that statement came from originally.  I remember my uncle saying it and being funny but I'm pretty sure he didn't coin it.
    For some reason, I want to say it came from a Wendy's commercial years ago??
    Parts are parts?? 
    Anyway, it seemed appropriate for a quick giggle with your question.
    I know the rules.  When you have to explain your answer, it kind of loses the pizzaz.
