Some things appear to be VERY SIMPLE superficially but when you dig down deeper they are very complicated. What about the reverse?

What appears to be VERY COMPLEX on the surface but the more you learn about it the simpler it really is? Anything? What you see isn't what you get either way? All it takes is time and attention which many people refuse to invest. Thus is ignorance perpetuated.
