That's where are folks. In this day and age that's where we still are in some sections of the country peopled by savages with undeveloped brains. Evolution is not 100% Some never evole develop grow become better. They are stuck with what they are all their lives. How many of them are there like that? One would be too but we KNOW there are multiplicities of millions of them...billions worldwide quite possibly.
So much for homo saps. A species that held much hope for becoming something special is devolving back into the mud and the slime from it originated.
