How many molecules are still in your body since you were five years old?

Keeping those old molecules around for too long is what makes you look old.

    As I understand the science of it, we cycle out and replace all of our cells about every 7 years or so. So for me, none, since I was 12.

    Billions of neurotransmitter molecules in the brain. 

    And yes, they do trigger aging.
