I think, for the first time ever, we almost agree on one of your postings. Almost. The "rogue" cops did not arrest Amber because they enjoy committing evil acts on innocent people. They arrested her because she was drunk, causing a disturbance, and attacked officers.

There's no excuse for pepper spraying her while she was restrained though. That should be reserved for situations where she person is posing a risk to themself or someone else. Being restrained, she couldn't hurt anyone. She should not have been sprayed and her lawsuit against the sheriff department is justified. There is no justification for her being sprayed.

For what was she arrested?  All it said is that she started the night drinking heavily at home.

What is seen on the video is horribly abusive in my opinion.  We couldn't hear anything but it would not matter.  The woman was tied up; there was no reason to harm her or spray a containment substance on her; she not going anywhere.  There is no justification at all that I can see for the treatment of this woman.  There is always a part of a story that we don't know; I can't imagine how it could make a difference.

I feel about the same way.  I don't usually agree with this user's "evil" accusations either.
