In 2020, I will no longer be able to recognize the difference between appropriate use of uppercase and lowercase letters. Wait, that’s not true.

    Never mind.

It was deliberate for emphasis sake.

Emphasis”?  Which word is being emphasized?  There are eight words in the sentence and five of them begin with a capital letter.

Emphasis stands alone. Emphasis sake is redundant.

  • One thing is for sure - next Nov. I will be 85 instead of 84. How logical is that:  Your years go up and it is a countdown to the heaven up there. Oximorons !!!!  Well - countdown to hell does not sound right....but being born in the sign of Scorpio all possibilities are open. I could act like Mother Teresa and be a streetgirl in no time flat. That is written in a book I have - and I believe it. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at November 24, 2019 2:59 PM MST

  • Our second born son turned 60 in summer. Feeling like a mother to all internet friends can be elevate your mood or devastate you. I am still deciding which applies to me....

That's OK. My real mom, who was sorority sisters with Ruth Bader Ginsberg in college and is similarly active (regularly going to the gym, etc.) although retired, turns 88 in two weeks.

My skeleton will continue to deteriorate. Possibly another shoulder replacement.

  • I hate to push the Like Button when I read things like this. But the alternative is NO replacement. Wish you the best!

The first one is working well and almost healed. And my insurance pays for it all. It is quite a burden on my wife, though. I HATE needing help. I'll just like it myself, because all of my questions and responses are awesome. LOL.

What's with the aversion to the "like"  button?

  • The Like Button is a wonderful thing, sometimes I wish it would be named: "Seen", when I acknowledge a fact or happening without liking it per se. We have to push it in order to be seen as active within a topic. This explanation is probably against all grammar rules, but I hope you give me a fairly good censor ( I just made that word up, I hope it is right.... I hope for the best.... I had surgery to fix an esthetic issue on my face, but i did a mistake. i put some special oil and scratched my skin and im convinced that it created a sort of bump after that.

I bought some special things that you put on a scar and it helps it vanish. althought it got seized by my psychiatrist; she wants me to not put anything on my scar for at least 2-3 weeks to let it heals normally.

after that, ill be able to take my stuff back finally.

I want my scar to heal well and have no bump anymore so i look good and it would be a new start for me .

I just want to be go good mentally. and maybe live unique things too .

at least i work, so im busy and i make money.
