I'm traveling a whole mile to my sisters house. Normally that would be less than a 5 minute drive. However, they are predicting 1-2 feet of snow here by then along with very cold temperatures.
SAY WHAT? Snow in your neck of the woods? Boy first it's the fires now it's the snow? Take care. I trust you have snow tires or chains or whatever is required? Thank you for your reply Shuhak! STAY SAFE! :)
I have a 4WD truck. It's not my driving I'm concerned about, its everyone else's. A lot of flatlanders have moved up here since our last big snow... and they don't drive good when it's sunny and warm.
I have no idea what I am doing. It won't be what anyone else is doing and I'm probably not going to drive anywhere. I'm staying home and I'm gong to be all alone and I'm sorry for people who cannot handle being alone. I can and it makes me happy to BE alone.
I have to deal with people for the rest of the year, so if I have a normal quiet day, that is just fine with me. I know people love me and I don't need them present to tell me this. I am loved and I am alone and I am totally at peace with that one.
I don't have years that are similar to each other. Next year I may be totally enmeshed in parties and obligations. This year I am grateful for the quiet and PEACE.
I hope you have a very BLESSED THANKSGIVING and may we have a lot to be thankful for concerning this Impeachment Process. Without that resolved there is nothing left to BE thankful for.
It's just nice to be home from work for a change. Take a breath and no driving and rushing. Happy Monday to you too.
