In politics any attention is good attention. Obscurity is the enemy. They may well be anti-Trump posts, but the net effect will be a massive uptick in name recognition. Ironic, ain't it? The more we talk about our villains, the more power we give them. :-)

If you have experienced troubles with any moderator here it might have been caused by other stuff than disagreeing with them. I had disagreements with some of them, but they and myself have kept it on a civilized level and I've never been threatened or felt I was close to experience 'the kiss of death'.
It seems to me the new black these days is to yell CENSORSHIP and CONSPIRACY as soon as people have had stuff taken down or being told/reprimanded/disciplined to follow ToS.
Just my thoughts on the subject 'kiss of death'.

The moderators we have now are a decent batch of people who vary in views and opinions.
I can assure y'all there isn't a grand conspiracy one way or another. Rules are rules and we are here to ensure that everyone has a positive, fair, online experience and enjoy themselves.
I recently had a discussion with someone who felt my opinions disqualified me as a moderator. Despite their commentary, they are still here and their comments are still up. That was their opinion and neither I nor anyone else would censor anyone just because we disagree or dislike their commentary from a personal level. As long as the discussion falls within the parameters of the site's terms of service no problems exist. If anyone does feel a moderator has stepped over the line, they are encouraged to use the link at the bottom of the page to file a report with their concerns and they will be addressed fairly without consequence.
