An Ectopic pregnancy occurs outside the womb usually in the fallopian tubes, It cannot be removed from there and reimplated into the uterus. The fetus will not survive outside the womb. That is why Ectopic pregnancies are terminated.

So since I know that why don't Ohio billmakers know that?

Why? Because my daughter-in-law had an Ectopic pregnancy that's why. So I investigated to learn something about what they are. Clearly the dumbumbs in Ohio didn't. Bet they are Republicans.

    O that is fake news being spread. 

    What the proposed law Ohio HB413 is doing is allowing for future medical advances. Not requiring a non-existent one now. 

    (C) Takes all possible steps to preserve the life of the
    unborn child, while preserving the life of the woman. Such steps
    include, if applicable, attempting to reimplant an ectopic
    pregnancy into the woman's uterus.


    This procedure is available currently but it maybe in the future then it would be applicable. 

    Just as another bill (Ohio HB182) proposed is requiring health insurance to pay for this procedure if it is available. 

    It is about at all times treating the developing human being as a separate patient and trying to do what is possible to preserve both lives.
