I believe that SIMPLE is easier to accept/believe than complicated. 1 plus 1 equals two is math anyone can do and has access to. SIMPLE. SO?

Higher math is very complicated. It takes miles of calculations to come to a conclusion. All "1 + 1 equals two" requires is a plus sign. SIGH.

It's complicated.

A single ingredient dish like a BAKED POTATO is simple to accept/believe/achieve/reproduce.

But a very complicated recipe most folks won't even attempt. Too many ingredients. Too many directions. Too expensive. Takes too much time.

I read that mole sauce is very complicated to get right and requires a bazillion ingredients. Anyone out there ever make mole from scratch? Was it delicious?

There is famous chef named Rick something who tried for years to come up with the perfect mole sauce and he did. A chocolate-based sauce that is not sweet is hard to visualize for me tastewise.

Even so do you much prefer COMPLICATED to simple? Why?

    Do you really believe that DB? A lot of what I do is easy. For me. That does not make unworthwhile.
