    We ran into an issue yesterday where some couldn't log onto the site and others got blank pages. As far as I know, this has been resolved.

    Our site runs on a cloud platform that was owned by Mode Media... they announced yesterday that they were closing their doors immediately- everything in the US got shut down yesterday. The rest is going down in the coming weeks. By and large, this doesn't affect answerMug because they sold off their platform. The issues were likely related to the transfer. If we start to have connectivity issues, I'll just flip the switch to bring up Mug 2.0 early (which is not on any cloud platform), but I was really hoping to have another week or two to polish it up pretty for everyone.

    I have received no Answermug alerts via email since yesterday JA. None.  When I clicked on to RosieG I see that some of the questions I asked today have in fact been answered. Are others having a problem not receiving email alerts? Thanks for whatever help you can give me. I have gotten other alerts today so I know on my end there is no problem. :) Happy Friday! :)

    Hahahahahahahah! Mais oui...c'est ca! Merci mille fois! Well m'dear I was referring to software glitches specifically. I received no alerts from Answermug all day on the 15th. That is fixed now but the print when I go to ask questions and reply to answers the print is huge. I did nothing to change any settings and it is only on Answermug that  this abnormal thing is occurring.. It is usable as-is so I will do some investigating later. But your point is well  taken. Normal here is for the usual suspects to attack me and my questions and think they are so clever  being rude/disrespectful and generally boorish. Sameoldsameold in that respect. We cannot control who responds to our questions. Some folks are the cream de la creme..others aren't. And so it goes! Thank you for your reply Lucia and the laughs. Not much to laugh about these so I appreciate it when I experience it Happy Saturday! :)
