Discussion»Statements»Rosie's Corner» You're hot. Then you're not. You're in. Then you're out. You're high on it. Then you're down on it. Do you yoyo through life?
Or couldn't it be being wishy washy or a tumbleweed? No inner core or integrity so whatever wind blows their way blows them with it? Of course people will change their minds about things. They learn more and then they become more selective. They know what makes sense. What works for them and what doesn't. But yoyo daily weekly monthly yearly lifelongly? I have no idea what causes some to live like that and not think there's anything wrong with it. Not my cuppa tea. Thank you for your reply Sharon.

I am unfamiliar with the song. I have heard of Katy Perry but I am not a fan. I'm not sure I've ever heard her sing. Thank you for the video and Happy Saturday to thee m2c.
It is what came to mind first when I read your question.
She is a good singer. The song is about her now ex-husband who was moody.
The song's chorus goes: Cause you're hot then you're cold You're yes then you're no You're in then you're out You're up then you're down You're wrong when it's right It's black and it's white We fight, we break up We kiss, we make up (You) You don't really want to stay, no (You) But you don't really want to go-o You're hot then you're cold You're yes then you're no You're in then you're out You're up then you're down
Thanks m2c. Very sweet and kind of you to provide the lyrics. So she writes her own songs then? I like the lyrics. I think it's Taylor Swift who is known for writing all about her broken love affairs. I read that her ex-boyfriends dread it in the aftermath when they "see" themselves in her songs!:)I think I'm gonna ask.
