Not a WHAT IF
Mississippi Rep. Ashley Henley lost the election by 14 votes. Rather than have it NULLIFIED I think asking for a recount immediately after the votes were counted would not have been out of line. That is a very close result and I think a recount would be okay if I were the winner.
So whaddya say. The gal doesn't ask for a recount. She asks for nullification to seem as if the votes were never counted. So then would there have to be another election and another recount? Why a nullification?
Anyway what do YOU think. I think it's a reasonable request considering how close the vote was. You? And anyway who has the legal authority to NULLIFY an election? A political party because they didn't like the results? Weird but then again maybe that's the wave of future.
