    Not new. GE has been able to get their taxes to 0 for several years.  Long before Trump.

    Seems low, to me.
    The other large corporations need better Finance departments.

    This is why I, unlike most people whose politics lean left, favor elimination of the corporate income tax.

    The structure of modern international corporations allow them to more easily hide revenue from tax collectors than individuals can, ensuring they pay far less than the nominal imposed tax rates.

    Of course, I favor raising taxes on personal incomes, especially very high ones, to compensate for any loss of revenue caused by ending corporate taxes, but that's a separate question.

    It's not just under his administration.  They've been doing this for years.  Offshore accounts, lophles, write-offs, etc.   Anything they can do (legally) to avoid being "honest".   It's just that this time he's one of them.
