Whatever the RULES OF ENGAGEMENT are in war it is clear that the crazed bull paper tiger don doesn't recognize them. For example?

He overode the military punishment for a Navy Seal WAR CRIMINAL and celebrates the war crimes guy as being a hero whom he will use through his re-election campaign and entertained proudly and loudly at Mar a Lago.
Much to the disgust of the military who have the right to discipline their troops but the crazed bull paper tiger don who understands NOTHING about discipline didn't give a sh**.

Okey dokey. Now we got this other problem

The crazed bull paper tiger don ORDERS the assassination of a top Iranian general. We are not at war with Iran but this will surely get us closer.

What are the RULES OF ENGAGEMENT among nations? Can someone just come in and assassinate the crazed bull paper tiger don and get away with it or would we retaliate bigly?

How come the crazed bull paper tiger don gets to do something so egregiously OUTRAGEOUS as that without being held accountable for it and shunned and excoriated and vilified as he so justly deserves? What will he do next? Anyone care what the outcomes may be at his witless twit erratic dementia-induced idiocies?

    The Iranian Gen was in Iraq ordering soldiers against American soldiers. 

    We respond to threats. He was clear and present threat. This man was a terrorist. US designated him as a terrorist in 2005. He was responsible for hundreds of US deaths. And thousands of deaths people from other countries. 

    So Iran is mad...like that is new. As if they have been friendly to US in the past. The days of paying off enemies to be "nice" are over.
