It is quite evident that whatever he does is only done for show. The consequences of those actions are never considered -long or short term.
Its not until after an action is taken, that he and his "kind" try to justify (spin) the action. And his mindless followers eat it up like candy.
Every action has consequences (good and bad). A wise leader will carefully weigh out all the consequences before taking action... not simply 'shoot from the hip'.
His brain is not wired that way Shuhak. Can you imagine him playing Chess? Me too neither. He isn't smart enough to anticipate consequences. Dumb don is as dumb as they come and getting dumber by the day. How dumb he gets is unknown at this time. But I bet he has a lot more dumb to do before he goes away. SIGH.
