Discussion»Questions»Electronics» “The Contacts feature is using battery power.” This alert popped up on my phone just now. What's it all mean, Dean, what's it all mean? ~
I don't know what that message means, but BT (my broadband provider) has only gone and removed the User's link to the Contacts list on the e-post page.
The list still offers suggestions when you start typing the address; but is now hidden so no longer possible to read, let alone edit when for example, someone changes e-address.
BT's "Help" site is useless, just a set of prepared questions on anything but the problem you have met, and its Forum soon revealed others had met the same problem. I have just sent BT a blistering complaint about it... once I found the form on its ridiculously tangled web-site. And yes, I complained about that too - telling them I pay a lot of money for their service so expect them to do their work properly!
