A BLIND TRUST isn't gonna work for the Trumps. See definition below. Trump is stuck between a rock and a hard place. How does he finagle his way out of this one?

BLIND TRUST

"A blind trust is a trust in which the fiduciaries, namely the trustees or those who have been given power of attorney have  full discretion over the assets and the TRUST BENEFICIARIES HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLDINGS OF  THE TRUST AND NO RIGHT TO INTERVENE IN THEIR HANDLING."   So unless the Trump kids are not the beneficiaries of the businesses they cannot be involved in any way.

    It doesn't matter. There's no law stating he has to put his business in a blind trust. He can continue as CEO for the entire time he is President if he wants.

    Conflict of interest doesn't bother you m2c? Trump's investments and dealings with foreign governments and  foreign businesses is of no interest to you? Why? I asked a question about how important appearance of impropriety was and you said it is very important. You said you do NOT email/message other men because you are married. So if that is true and appearance of impropriety is so important to you that you avoid it why would you not care that your president is simultaneously running your country and his hundreds of different businesses many of which involve dealings with foreign countries...some of which are not our friends? That seems to be in conflict. Are you conflicted? You seem very clear about your answer. It is a very puzzling one. Thank you for your reply.
