The dumb don makes a fool of himself every day. Stupid dumb lawyer Jay Sekulow did the same thing in the Senate. HOW?

He went on a RANT about "lawyer lawsuits". LAWYER LAWSUITS? Of what relevance was that? Where the he** did THAT come from? How does it pertain to the issue at hand? What does it mean? Why did not we not hear about it before?

Because it was stumbled into due to stupid dumb erro by a stupid dumb 3rd rate ambulance chaswer that's how come.

It seems dumbjay did NOT comprehend what House Manager Val Demings was talking about when she mentioned FOIA lawsuits (Freedom of Information Act). What the he**is a "lawyer lawsuit"? No one knows but because Sekulow screwed up so badly we are now told by someone that "lawyer lawsuits" can be found in the documents the dumb city D.C. REFUSE TO RELEASE OR SUBMIT. More lies to cover up stupid dumb mistakes. We know dumb don will die first before admitting he screwed up. So too true of his ambulance chasers. Now to back up the stupid dumb the White House is doubling down on "lawyer lawsuits".  Cofeve anyone? Wanna orange something anyone? Stupid dumb is alive and well in dumb city D.C. guided by the chief of stupid dumb dumb don and ably assisted by an ambulance chaser like the jay of sekulow. Geez they are the keystone kops but don't know how absurdly hilarious to watch/listen to they are. They never will. Not smart enough. Our bad luck.

Demings said the president’s lawyers may suggest that the House “should have sought these materials in court or awaited further lawsuits under the Freedom of Information Act, aka FOIA lawsuits. Any such suggestion is meritless. To start, the Constitution has never been understood to require such lawsuits. It’s never occurred in any previous impeachment.”

Demings added that “FOIA lawsuits filed by third parties cannot serve as a credible alternative to congressional oversight.”

Sekulow seized on the never-spoken phrase “lawyer lawsuits” in his response.

“Lawyer lawsuits? We’re talking about the impeachment of a president of the United States, duly elected, and the members, the managers, are complaining about lawyer lawsuits?” Sekulow said. “The Constitution allows lawyer lawsuits.”

Sekulow went on to argue that communications by presidential advisers preparing advice for the president are protected by the presidential communications privilege, as are communications received by the advisers. Sekulow then circled back to lawyer lawsuits.

“Lawsuits. The Constitution. A dangerous moment for America when an impeachment of a president of the United States is being rushed through because of lawyer lawsuits,” he said. “The Constitution allows it, if necessary. The Constitution demands it, if necessary.”

She said FIOA...he heard Lawyer.  So insert FIOA everytime he says Lawyer.

    He goofed it happens.
