I only ever talk about what I think is worthy SP. If others agree with me then a discussion ensues. If not it doesn't. Simple supply and demand. I supply even when there is no demand because I cannot do otherwise. Whether or not people buy I continue to supply. Thank you for your reply and Happy Friday to thee.
I have no objection to you asking all the questions you find worthwhile.
This just happens to be one where, in my view, the amount of fruitful discussion it can generate is limited. Of course, I could be wrong. Perhaps other 'Muggers will weigh in and illuminate aspects of this situation which I have overlooked despite my pessimism.
We have no way of knowing with certainty ahead of time.
What we like what we don't what we find useful what we find trashy. Varies among homo saps naturally. I am never moved or swayed or influenced by the opinion of others SP as you might have gathered by now. Every time some one gets his/her shorts in a knot and knocks a question I remind him/her as politely as I can I am here for me and no one else. I ask what I please. If no one wants to respond it's fine with me. I move on relentlessly asking the questions that occur to me. FOR ME. Once in awhile I strike it rich because it turns out that the question is the cuppa tea of someone more knowledgeable than me and I am fortunate in that such folks always kindly share the information with me. I'm happy regardless but there is a bit more joy when I get way more than I bargained for in a good way. No slight intended to you. I don't care who likes the questions I ask. I don't care who attacks the questions. I ask them. I care about who answers the questions with respect and politely discusses them with me because then there is cause for conversation that could be mutually beneficial. It's how I roll. So answer what you like. Stop when you've had enough. Avoid questions you think aren't worth the time. It's all the same to me. Please yourself. I please myself. Isn't that why we are here? Thank you for your reply.
