Since dumb don will always be an IMPEACHED IN THE HOUSE president forevermore how can he LEGALLY run for re-election?

    Because he is not removed. He will also be forever acquitted.

    If an official is removed, then Senate may choice to place a limitation on them holding office again. 

    So as long as the President is acquitted (which he will be soon), he can legally run for reelection.
