Is the world due another BLACK PLAGUE? Might the Corona virus be it?

They are racing to develop something to combat it but allegedly will take about a year. In the meantime do you travel to China and what does this do to its economy?

Who knows.  Every few years a new "super virus" emerges on the scene ... and they nearly always originate in/around China.

Among animals. This is called a "wet" virus so maybe from the feces of chickens? Is development of these diseases nature's way of thinning out the species? It's just such a terrible way to die. Thank you for your reply Shuhak and Happy Friday. :)

Hardly likely. Approximately 0.00001% of their population is infected and only 5% of those have died. Also, approximately 1.1 million people in China die per year from air pollution. That's the real plague.

What with dumb don rescinding EPA protections the good old USofA air will be back to crappy lousy stinky unhealthy. Geez what did we do before dumb don came up from the slime? He also took away all national forest protections. I bet John Muir and Teddy Roosevelt and all the others who wanted to preserve parts of our land are rolling over in their graves. What a shame dumb don was born. A Blight not a delight. A fright. Thank you for your teply E. Breathe deeply now. SIGH.

Dying afflicts everyone D. I know that. However the method of dying matters. Going to sleep forever is one way. Suffering horrors of pain and rot and watching y our loved ones die likewise is not something I would like to experience. Does Nature do this to thin out the species? Whatever the means these communicable diseases crop up and spread and leave hundreds of thousands or millions of us dead. A nefarious plot by some evil mind? Thank you for your reply! :)

Nature and Morher Nature  cannot let any species get to big for its boots and destroy all other life on this planet Rosie...how it chooses to control any of its minows is entirly up to her ....At the moment ,all breads of human life forms are polluting and poisoning her planet and doing nothing to stop it, I'm pretty sure I'm my life span it will in one way or another..
There will be no quick fix to what ever she chooses to do and it will be every living ,growing thing on this planet that will  be penalized for what humans have done and are still doing its upmost to still do

I asked a question about massive deaths due to disease. Did you see it? the BLACK DEATH/PLAGUE took I think 200 million lives. Flu took millions too as you allege. So why are people so reticent hesitant to protect themselves by getting Flu shots? Make one wonder how their minds work. Thank you for your reply D! :)
