Sure. I love Chicago and all it's warts and magic. Good food. Good people. Good jobs. Good transportation. Good for people who are young to mid-age or rich.
I was in Chicago once when I was ten for 4 hours. My mom and baby sis (she was 3) took a train from Los Angeles to Detroit Michigan to visit my grandparents. We had a layover in Chicago so we walked around a bit near the train station and all I remember was how WINDY it was. I know it is called THE WINDY CITY and boy they weren't kidding! Is it due to the proximity to the Great Lakes that causes it? I don't remember what we saw I just remember that relentless wind. That was 72 years ago and counting. Will Chicago ever not be the WINDY CITY? Thank you for your reply Sharon and Happy Monday! :)
