Allegedly 90% of lung cancer is caused by smoking. What if 100% of smoker got lung cancer?

Would they all stop smoking stat or keep smoking because they believed sincerely it wouldn't happen to them. They would be the exception?

    Just 10 % of cancers they say are caused by the tobacco Rosie....the other ninth 90 % is caused by chemicals and the fertilizers used to grow them...I read once that radium  which decays into radioactive elements lead-210 Polonium 210     ....They say ,mostly its those that give you cancrs

    I speak only of LUNG CANCER. Not any of the bazillion other types, the causes of some of which are unknown. I had Ovarian in 2008. No one could tell me what caused it. Thank you for your reply D and Happy Friday to thee. This post was edited by RosieG at February 7, 2020 3:06 AM MST

    I thought I put lung cancer as I typed Rosie....there is a world graph depicting where cancers types are most prevalent in the world....it's quite scary to read it...The developed industrial world have to most and also the weirdest types to...

    Whether it is a pure organic tobacco leaf or the chemicals used to grow tobacco it matters not at all. Smoking is deadly and folks keep doing it. Like playing Russian Roulette with a death wish as being the eventual end. I think daredevils live life on the edge just because of that. Not my cuppa tea D! Thank you for your reply! :)
