It rteaches members how properly communicate and give speeches. Lucky for me, I have stage fright! If I meditate before every meeting I have to give a speech in then I might at least calm down a little and muster up the strength to stand in front of everybody. I'll improve little by little, but this is a huge step for me! Wish me luck everyone!

My thoughts are calm and I have more control over my actions and emotions. I wish I had stuck with meditation when I had initially tried it when I was twelve but I was so nervous and impatient with it, I quit! Now I'm back at it again and have been doing this for almost a year, now. I had been working on my anxiety before I started meditation again, but meditating has really helped! Anxiety has ruled my life once and I will not let it rule it again!  less
