If I'm using answerMug in desktop mode, and I have my phone turned to the side (landscape/ the long way/ horizontally) it zooms into the box and makes it difficult to see. However, if I turn my phone so that it's tall (portrait/ tall/ vertical), I can see everything just fine.
Equally, you can scroll to the bottom of just about any page while you're in desktop mode and an you'll see a blue link at the bottom of the page that says "Switch to Mobile Optimized View" While in the mobile view, when you hit the + icon, you can ask a question. Again, holding your phone lengthwise makes it difficult to type, but you get a perfect view when you hold it the tall way. (Mobile view is automatic, and that's what you'll see on a phone unless you've switched to desktop.)

I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing that issue. I would venture to guess it's local to your device, not an error with the site. Have you tried using alternate views?
