Truthteller John Bolton said that Putin told him (through an interpreter) that the Russian State had nothing to do with meddling. True?

Bolton also added that didn't mean that Russians weren't involved. Just that the Russian state was not involved. Right. Right?

So you're da prez. Would you take YOUR troops out of South Korea as you agreed to do KNOWING that North Korea is STILL nuclearizing?
