Is cereal soup? Why or why not?

    Soups are made when you have stock or broth - made from simmering meat, vegetables, grains, or seafood in water. 

    Oatmeal and Cream of wheat could meet the soup definition.

    Oatmeal = porridge. I hate porridge. At the top it's glue, and about half way down it becomes concrete.
