Has any tv evangelical or other "religious" churcher posited it yet? What IT?

That COVID 19 is God's punishment for the Democrats wanting to get rid of dumb don and replace him as president.

If you haven't heard it yet you will.

Remember your other tv evangelicals and churchers who said natural tragedies were God's punishment for there being folks in the LGBTQ community or for same-sex marriage? Remember? Well why not this as a punishment for some other thing of which the self-righteous "religious" folks pride themselves as proof of their  superiority and perfection? Coming to a theater near you. Everyone says so. That I can tell you. It will happen in a "certain period of time". Trust me on this. I know more than everyone about everything. Thus Spaketh Zaruthra.

    That is not the question m2c. I KNOW THAT. YOU KNOW THAT. But you also know the truth of which I speak so that is why I ask THIS QUESTION. Well what have you heard  it in church or among your like-minded political acquaintances? Conspiracy theories are the epitome of conspiracy theorists of which your likeminded political pals groove on 24/7. Perhaps you are not among them. Of late dumb don BLAMES DEMOCRATS FOR EVERYTHING EVIL. You know that. I know that. He hold his hate rallies to keep brainwashing the cheering peeps who attend them to keep hating Democrats. SIGH. Never mind. Thank you for your reply! :)

    While God could use anything to "punish" (He has the power), that's not the way He works.   

    God is not a "vindictive old man in the sky", ready to 'zap' people when they disobey Him or do things He doesn't like.   Those who think this way don't know God.  Sure they may know of Him, but they don't really know Him.   When things go bad, we like to blame God.  When a natural disaster strikes, we are quick to blame God.  We say He did it for such-and-such a reason, or that He's angry, or whatever.  We also blame Him for the consequences of our own bad decisions/actions.  While God has power over everything, it doesn't mean He causes everything.  What would happen if I were to jump off a 100 story building?  I'd fall and splatter all over the ground below,right?  So, would it be God's fault that I died?  After all, He did create gravity and it was  gravity that pulled me down to the ground.  No, it was MY decision to jump.  God didn't force me, but He did let me make my own decision (dumb as it were).

    God created this world.  In His wisdom He designed it to operate a certain way.  We may not understand why He created what He did.  God created hurricanes.  They have a function that keeps this planet going and allows life to exist.  Yes, they kill many people every year.  But is it a punishment from God or just how things work?  God also created mosquitoes.  Why?  They provide food for other insects and birds as well as help pollinate some plants ...which in turn provide food for animals and help pollinate other plants.  Essentially, al this is what's keeping us fed - meat and vegetables.  We may hate them, and they may spread some diseases, but still they have a function (and our survival on this planet is linked to the irs).  God is a God of love.  He cares deeply for His creation (us) and wants the best for us.  Even so, His creation operates as He created it to.  

    Even Jesus said that not everything that happens is a punishment from God -   

    "And what about the eighteen people who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them? Were they the worst sinners in Jerusalem?   No, and I tell you again that unless you repent, you will perish, too.”

    Remember Pat Robertson and his ilk? Does he have a son Franklin or is that someone else who renders these pronouncements as if they have a direct line to GOD and GOD tells them? Thank you for your thoughtful and informative reply Shuhak. The conspiracy theory brainwashed braindead embrace all of that. After all they believe GOD sent dumb don to save them. Anyone who believes THAT CRAP will believe anything. SIGH. Wonder what crap will be promulgated today? The dumb of don in the midst of a pandemic still finds time to engage his peep in his hate rallies> Go figger! :)

    What he really has is a direct line to his ego.  What better way to feed ones ego then by claiming to be "religious"?  He's so deluded in his thinking that he can't see he's really a tool of satan. 

    Again, just like Jesus said -  

    “What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you cross land and sea to make one convert, and then you turn that person into twice the child of hell you yourselves are!"

    Punishment? Not really. God just simply let the world have what it wanted all along.


     Romans 1:18-32  "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, 19. because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power, and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.21 For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23 and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.

          24 Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. 25 For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

          26 For this reason, God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27 and in the same way, also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

          28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful; 32 and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.
