Employees: imagine you’ve just hacked into the Personnel Database at your company’s HR Dept and located your own records.

What information in your own files would you change or delete?

[For the purposes of this hypothetical, you cannot, will not and must not add any information, not access any other person‘s files.]

I had a personnel record for lots of years.  It was all perfect.  I got into a verbal altercation with a superior one time and he said he was going to make an entry on my records.  Well, I kept the personnel records for the department.  I went and got my file and put it on his desk.  He apologized for being a jerk and I accepted the apology as well as lunch.  :)
