He and others who have seen the videos have said the video is not clear what is in his hand.

Until the investigation is complete there is no point in showing the video....The family saw the video and said it raised  more unanswered questions than it answered.... This is real life, not Facebook !

So what? Release the video. Stop hiding anything. Hopefully honest investigators will uncover the truth. It's just a bulsh** excuse to buy time in my opinion. Thank you for your reply m2c! :)

    Hello El:

There actually IS a point..  The citizens, who PAY for the video, want to see it..  And, until they do, they're gonna be ON the streets.  So, even if there's procedural considerations, releasing the video is a RIOT prevention consideration..

Sometimes, officials should get their heads OUT of the police policy book, and ON to the streets where their actions are having negative repercussions.

Excuse me, but I'm gonna go out on a limb here.... Releasing the video will have absolutely nothing to do with preventing riots and violence in Charlotte ! .... Facts never enter in to the mind of those who are set on causing violence.... How many times have rioters burned down  minority owned businesses in their own  neighborhoods to protest racism ???

    Hello again, El:

You're excused..  Apparently the cops read my post, and BELIEVED it, as well they should.

    Hello my:

No, they don't, do they?  But, the cops found one - after some time.  Do I think the cops are above planting evidence?  No, I don't.

Look... I'm not one who thinks cops are on the lookout for black people to kill.  I think they get caught up into situations.  I've been talking about "institutionalized racism"..   In MY view, a police force that operates under that dark cloud, are so fearful of black people that they COULD mistake a black book for a gun..  It matters NOT whether the cop is white or black..

  • It is unforgivable to release that sort of evidence to the public during an active investigation. If criminal charges await someone, then any lawyer in the land would have to move for dismissal. Any judge would be correct in granting such a move. If they can dismiss jurors for passing notes to each other in court, then this would be a no brainer. This part of the public(myself) would completely distrust any move that ties the hands of the D.A.'s office in prosecuting the case. We don't obtain fair trials in the court of public opinion.

So the video has been released.... I guess that cleared up the whole mess, huh  ?   I'm sure you feel so relieved now, knowing they're not hiding anything.
