    I'm sorry I've confused you...  Please re-read my post..  I used the words systemic,  embedded, and institutionalized racism.  That's NOT the same as Joe hating Fred because he's black, or even a whole lot of Joe's hating a whole lot of Fred's because they're black...  Try googling it.
