    1) The decline of our society

1a) The befoulment of the planet

These were much less important to me before I had grandkids, and before the govt spiraled into its current states of failure, stupidity and dysfunction.

I don't eat much I also don't exercise much because of failing joints. Sometimes even walking is a chore.

The incivility in society.  The internet has brought us to the point that we don't fear saying anything to people because we don't have to face them.  People will say things on line that they would never allow themselves to say to someone's face.

The inability of our elected leaders to work together to propel this country forward.  Everything has become an us-vs-them issue.  Hundreds of bills languishing on the majority leader's desk that he refuses to bring forward for discussion, let alone a vote.

The lack of experience of this administration to handle the matters for which they were appointed and the removal of experts in their fields to allow the president to fill that position with some big donor to his campaign.

The noise level in my living environment due to the density of population in NYC. This post was edited by SpunkySenior at March 28, 2020 1:30 PM MDT
