    Around where I live is about same as 2 weeks ago..some items sold out before end of the day but restocked by next morning.

  • My shopper said there were associates directing shoppers' attention to their stock of TP and paper towels.  The hoarding has slowed.

  • Hell, she works for TxDOT and interacts with the public all day long, being "essential" and all.  She has to shop for herself, so might as well pay to have the virus brought to me.

    Instacart still works, but delivery is scheduled days in advance instead of the same or next day. Still a great way to avoid traveling to and from the store.

    I don't think it was ever a serious problem round here - unless you also wanted loo rolls! Some food items are short but not seriously.

    Limits imposed by the shops help.  The biggest food-item shortage generally seems to be of flour, with a strange mania for home-baking having appeared.
